What is Super pulsed CO₂ laser? How does it work?
Super pulsed CO₂ laser emits a colorless infrared light that is rapidly absorbed by the water contained in the skin tissues. The process is sequential, focused for cutting the skin, defocused for superficially vaporizing the skin, and super pulsed for resurfacing the skin to heal the irregularities caused by the wound.
Along with Radiosurgery and Microdermabrasion, CO₂ laser is suitable for skin resurfacing & reduction of acne scars.
